Is God a logical contradiction like saying an unmarried married man?

 If God is not physical but made of something isn't that a logical contradiction? God is not absolutely nothing so therefore must God not be made of something immaterial? Something that is not energy/matter? What is God made of? Don't know: We know nothing about God. Theism fails.

Allah and Yahweh disproved...?

Saying Allah knows he’ll make the grass blue in possible world A and makes it orange is a logical contradiction, theists agree. But saying Allah knows he’ll make the grass blue and couldn’t  have made it orange and could have made it orange is a logical contradiction.  Theists will say, “no, he knows he’s going to make the grass  blue but could have made it orange because he knowingly chooses”.  But as we agree that if he makes the grass orange that is a  logical contradiction so he could not have made it orange. Knowingly chooses is like saying married bachelor because  you can’t know for certain you’ll do some and choose not to do it because, as we agree, that would lead to a logical contradiction: You can’t know for certain you’ll make the grass blue and have chosen to make it orange that is impossible.
